Between 1 to 2 weeks once opened at room temperature. We also include an oxygen absorber for each box to prolong its lifespan.

We use Teleport courier service to deliver our cookies. We find that they have been the most reliable in handling our products with minimal damage.

After placing an order, we will freshly bake them the next day and send them out as soon as possible. Teleport lead delivery time will take between 3-5 days (except Sunday) to arrive.

Our main focus is to bring out the key flavors of our cookies, in which is not disrupted by an overpowering sweetness. Hence, our cookies are less sweet.
